Q: Do you offer ODM / OEM service?
A: Sure, we can help you create your own customized brand and products. In addition, we can assist you with formulation, packaging, art design and marketing planning.

Q: If I want to do ODM / OEM service, how long will the whole procedure be?
A: After we confirm your order, it will take approximately 1~2 months in general.

Q: Are you offer sample, and how long can I receive my sample?   
A: You can place a sample order for your reference, and we use international express via DHL, FEDEX, EMS etc. , you can receive sample about 5~10 days after we receive the payment. 

Q: How long can I receive my sample?
A: We use international express, ex: FedEx, DHL. The delivery date depends on which country and city you stay.

Q: If I place a large order, can you offer the better price?
A: Welcome to ask customer service to negotiate final prices, we'll do our best to help you cut down the cost.

Q: Why does the price have large range of variation?
A: Because you can create custom formulas, the price will vary with the ingredient.

A: Your cargo will be shipped by sea or air. And the delivery date depends on which country and city you stay.

Q1. Do you have any global certification?
A: Yes, we have Global Certification like ISO 22000 and HACCP that represent food safety and quality. As a health food supplement manufacturer, food safety and quality are our priority and responsibility for our client as well as consumers. 

Q2. What is the best way to make contact with us?
A: Our internal policy is to reply every message within 24 hours. You can drop us emails and write down your comments or concerns, or you can exchange App accounts with our sales team, such as Wechat, Facebook messenger, Skype, Line, and of course, trade messenger would work as well.

Q1. Can I have free sample?
A: Yes, we can offer free sample, but the freight cost will be paid by our
clients.

Q2. Can I request samples prior to ordering?
A: We encourage you to try our samples, sample cost will be refund back after bulk order placed. However, shipping fees are not covered though. 

Q3. Can I design my own flavor or design? How would I know if they are as good as I planned?
A: ODM and private label is our greatest strength. Thus, we encourage our partners to come up with their own ideas about tasting. 
For private labeling product, various taste and ingredients can be added for trials. sample cost will be refunded once the bulk order is complete. 

Q4. How would I know which ingredient to use for my own customization?
A: When our sales associate contacts you, let them know what the expected functions of your ideal products are. Our nutritionist team would then make recommendation based on your budget and request.
